Who we are

Numera Learning (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides academic support in Mathematics and Science for students in Classes 6–10. This website, numeralearning.co.in, gives information about our programs and lets parents and students contact us.

Information we collect

We collect only what you choose to give us when you send an enquiry or contact us:

• Student's name, and the parent's or guardian's name if given
• Phone / WhatsApp number and email address
• Class, board, program of interest and preferred mode of study
• Anything you write in your message

We do not ask for payment details, identity documents or school records through this website.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and explain our programs, fees, timings and availability
• To arrange an assessment or sessions if you decide to join
• To keep a record of enquiries so we can follow up

We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Information about students under 18

Most of our students are under 18. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, a child's personal data should be shared with the consent of a parent or lawful guardian. When the student is under 18, the enquiry form should be submitted by, or with the permission of, their parent or guardian. If we learn that a child's details were shared without that consent, we will delete them on request.

Services that handle your information

To run this website and respond to you, your information may pass through:

• Our form service, which forwards enquiry form submissions to our email inbox
• Email and WhatsApp, when you contact us through those channels, under their own privacy policies
• A visit counter service, which adds one to the website's visit count when you open the site; it does not receive your name or contact details
• Our website host, which may record basic technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the site

We share information with anyone else only if the law requires it.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may use strictly necessary cookies for security. Links to Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp take you to those services, which have their own policies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond and follow up, or for as long as the student is enrolled with us. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you or your child
• Correct or update it
• Delete it
• Stop contacting you, by withdrawing your consent

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share, including a secure (HTTPS) connection on this website. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information through the form.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
